Inquiries. When you submit a product, brand or project inquiry, we collect the name, company, email address and project details you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage sourcing coordination.

Partner applications. When you apply to become an OMNIQ partner, we collect company, brand and product information along with any files you upload. Applications are reviewed by the OMNIQ team and are not published automatically.

Storage and access. Submitted information is stored in the platform's secured database. Customer contact details, project files and internal notes are accessible only to authorised OMNIQ administrators. Supplier records are visible only to the supplier and OMNIQ administrators.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where required to coordinate a sourcing inquiry you have initiated, or where required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
